Yonas brings more than 20 years of experience in academics, training, financial and business consulting to his role as a Chartered Certified Accountant and Certified Management Consultant. With his outstanding presentation techniques and thorough approach to training; he has become well-known professional consultant and trainer of the highest caliber. He is a member of the prestigious British associations, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CISI (Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment). Currently, he is serving as a member of ACCA Ethiopia Members Network Panel chairing the Financial Reporting Thematic Group. He is an Approved Mentor certified by Oxford Brookes University. Yonas earned his MBA from Addis Ababa University and also holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA-UK, Diploma in IPSAS from CIPFA-UK, CertISA from ICAEW-UK, and Corporate Governance & Board Leadership from IFC.

Over the last two decade, with his excellent presentation skill, Ayele has accumulated rich experience in training and consulting activities in accountancy and finance. He has got an ACCA Diploma in IFRS along with a Diploma in IPSAS from CIPFA, UK and he is ACCA & PhD candidate in ICT. Ayele has certifications in such qualifications as Capital Markets and Securities Analyst (CMSA), Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA), Actuarial Valuation, International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Essentials of Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) (ISO 22301:2019). With the current need for the implementation of IFRS & IPSAS in Ethiopia, he has consulted several entities in their IFRS/IPSAS conversion efforts. He has received Training of Trainers Certificate from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) on IFRS, IPSAS and Asset Valuation. Over the last 5 years Ayele has served as Board Member to renowned State Owned Enterprises.

Tesfamichael is a Certified Professional Business Advisor (CPBA) certified by Institute of Advisors–Australia with more than 15 years of experience in provision of business advisory services to SMEs in Ethiopia. He has an MBA from Addis Ababa University, an Advanced Certificate in Business Development Advisory Service from UNDP-EDC, a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA-UK & Diploma in IPSAS from CIPFA-UK. He has an excellent experience of developing and translating training manuals in such business areas as financial management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and life skill. He has got an excellent training experience and provided trainings on Business Advisory Services to potential business advisors. Over the last decade Tesfamichael has extensively delivered business advisory services (BDS) to SMEs. Being a Certified Management Consultant (by Ethiopian Management Institute), he also delivered varying management consultancy services to medium and large-sized companies. Over the last three years, Tesfamichael has contributed towards the successful adoption of IFRS for SMEs.
